Scope
1.0.1 In order to standardize the application of fiber-reinforced concrete in construction projects, ensure project quality, and achieve advanced technology, safety, reliability, and economic rationality, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the design of mix ratios, construction, quality inspection, and acceptance of steel fiber-reinforced concrete and synthetic fiber-reinforced concrete. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with these regulations, the application of fiber-reinforced concrete shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
