Scope
This part of GB/T 4699 specifies the determination of phosphorus content by the bismuth phosphomolybdate spectrophotometry and molybdate spectrophotometry methods. This part is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content in chromium iron, vacuum micro-carbon chromium iron, nitrided chromium iron, and silicon-chromium alloys. The determination range (mass fraction) of bismuth phosphomolybdate spectrophotometry is 0.008%~0.080%; the determination range (mass fraction) of molybdate spectrophotometry is <0.15%.
