Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the safety risk assessment of urban water supply networks, as well as the requirements for basic risk assessment, detailed risk assessment, special risk assessment, and the preparation of risk assessment reports.
This document is applicable to the safety risk assessment of urban water supply networks with a pipe diameter greater than or equal to DN500.
This document is not applicable to the internal pipe networks of raw water plants and water treatment plants, nor to safety risk events such as water quality safety and intentional sabotage.
