Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and models, and main parameter series of seed processing equipment, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and transportation, etc. This standard applies to: - Seed processing equipment for wheat, rice, corn, and soybean; - Seed processing equipment for vegetables; - Seed processing equipment for cotton (light seeds, the same applies hereinafter), rapeseed, and sugar beet. Other seed processing equipment for other crops (hereinafter referred to as "processing equipment") may be implemented with reference to this standard.
