This document specifies the signal characteristics, navigation message structure, and user algorithms of the public service signal B2b between the space constellation (IGSO/MEO) of the Beidou Satellite Navigation System (hereinafter referred to as the Beidou System) and user terminals.
This document is applicable to the development, production, and testing of products that use the B2b signal for positioning, navigation, and timing.
