Scope
This document specifies the use of the Chromotrope S spectrophotometric method to determine the aluminum content. This document is applicable to the determination of aluminum content in manganese-iron alloys, manganese-silicon alloys, and metallic manganese. The measurement range (mass fraction): 0.050% to 0.35%.
