GB/T 19437-2025 Graphic technology—Spectral measurement and colorimetric computation for graphic arts images

Scope

This document specifies the steps for measuring and calculating the colorimetry of reflective objects, transmissive objects, and self-luminous objects (such as flat panel displays), as well as the steps for calculating the colorimetry parameters of printed images. Printing includes, but is not limited to, material preparation and mass production in the production printing process. Printing processes include offset printing, letterpress printing, flexographic printing, gravure printing, screen printing, and digital printing.
This document is not applicable to spectral measurement for other specific application requirements, such as spectral measurement used in the production process of printing paper and proofing media materials.
