Scope

This standard specifies the design, application conditions, technical requirements, inspection and judgment, packaging and storage of dedicated frequency control equipment for machine tools. This standard applies to frequency control equipment for machine tools with a rated input voltage of AC 1 kV or less, a rated input frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, an output voltage of not more than 1 kV, and an output frequency of less than 600 Hz (hereinafter referred to as "frequency control equipment").
