GB/T 33136-2024 Information technology service—Service capability maturity model for data center

Scope

This document establishes the Data Center Service Capability Maturity Model (referred to as the Maturity Model) and the Data Center Service Capability Framework (referred to as the Capability Framework), describes the Data Center Service Capability Maturity Evaluation Method (referred to as the Evaluation Method), and stipulates the management and technical requirements of Data Center Service Capability.
This document is applicable to:
a) Data centers that aim to achieve digital transformation and intelligent operation by building, monitoring, measuring, and evaluating their overall service capabilities or specialized service capabilities;
b) Third-party evaluation agencies that measure and evaluate the maturity of data center service capabilities or specialized service capabilities;
c) Data center stakeholders that measure and evaluate the maturity of data center service capabilities or specialized service capabilities;
d) Data center suppliers that build their own service capabilities, deliver products and services, and have their capabilities measured and evaluated by external evaluation agencies to support specific specialized service capabilities of data centers.
