Scope

This standard specifies the structural types and series dimensions of the side flanges (hereinafter referred to as "side flanges") used in floating head heat exchangers (including heat exchangers and condensers).
This standard applies to nominal pressures of 0.6 MPa to 6.4 MPa and operating temperatures of -40°C to 450°C.
This standard is applicable to corrosion allowances not exceeding 3 mm.
