GB/T 24807-2009 Electromagnetic compatibility—Product family standard for lifts, escalators and moving walks—Emission
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the electromagnetic interference emission limits and test conditions for elevators, escalators, and automatic walkways that are to be permanently installed in buildings. However, when wireless and television reception equipment are used within the distances specified in Table 1, these limits may not provide complete protection against the interference they experience.
This standard is based on the environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.) related to EMC performance as specified in the relevant standards for elevators, escalators, and automatic walkways.
For the requirements of harmonics, this standard applies to systems connected to public low-voltage power grids, but not to systems connected to non-public low-voltage power grids that are only connected to public medium- and high-voltage power grids.
Note 1: The range of system harmonic limits only applies to systems connected to public low-voltage power grids: the emissions of systems installed in non-public low-voltage power grids can be generally controlled at the medium-voltage public coupling points through the provisions in GB/Z 17625.4—2000 and/or contractual agreements between grid operators and customers. Operators of non-public power grids should appropriately control the EMC environment to meet the requirements of GB/Z 17625.4—2000 and/or contractual agreements.
Note 2: If the system is only to be connected to non-public power grids, the manufacturer should clearly describe this in the product documentation.
This standard does not apply to elevators, escalators, automatic walkways, and related safety components manufactured before the date of implementation of this standard.
