Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for commercial electromagnetic cookers (stoves) with cooking functions such as insulation, steaming, stewing, stir-frying, and deep-frying. This standard applies to commercial electromagnetic cookers and commercial electromagnetic stoves (hereinafter referred to as electromagnetic cookers) with a single or multiple heating units, with a single rated power not exceeding 30 kW and a rated voltage not exceeding 450 V. This standard does not apply to: portable household electromagnetic cookers, electromagnetic cookers intended for use in special environmental conditions (such as corrosive environments or environments prone to explosions), outdoor electromagnetic cookers, and power-frequency electromagnetic cookers, etc.
