DB31/T 329.24-2019 Part 24: Safety technical prevention system requirements for key units and important parts of universities

Scope

This part of DB31/T 329 stipulates the requirements for the design and construction, review, inspection, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of security technical prevention systems in colleges and universities in Shanghai. This part applies to full-time ordinary higher education institutions (including private ones) approved to be established in accordance with the national setting standards and approval procedures within the administrative area of Shanghai. The renovation and expansion of existing university security technical prevention systems shall be carried out in accordance with this part, and the security technical prevention systems of other social adult education and training institutions in Shanghai shall be implemented with reference to this part.
