除了GB/T 18268.1—2025的要求外，本文件更详细地规定了GB/T 18268.1—2025的附录A所涵盖的下列设备的试验配置、工作条件和性能判据：
——低压配电系统防护设施的试验、测量或监控设备；
——由电池和（或)被测电路供电的设备；
——便携式设备。
此类设备包括但不限于IEC 61557（所有部分)确定的电压检测器、绝缘电阻测试仪、接地导通电阻测试仪、接地电阻测试仪、泄漏电流钳、环路阻抗测试仪、“电流式漏电断路器测试仪”（RCD测试仪)和相序测试仪。
制造商应规定设备的预期使用环境，并从GB/T 18268.1—2025中选择适用的试验等级。
