Scope

This document describes the method of using a projector and a standard orifice plate to test the fish-eye effect in polypropylene resin film samples, and specifies the technical requirements for using an image acquisition and analysis system to detect fish-eye effects in continuous uniform motion during the preparation of polypropylene resin films, as well as the presentation of detection results and other technical content.
This document is applicable to the preparation of film samples using the cast film method and the testing of fish-eye effects in polypropylene resin (Method A: Projector Method), as well as the detection of fish-eye effects in polypropylene resin during film preparation (Method B: Dynamic Image Analysis Method). The polypropylene resin films are transparent or semi-transparent.
