This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of digital (digital display) high-voltage dielectric loss factor testers (hereinafter referred to as dielectric loss factor testers) used to measure capacitance and dielectric loss factor under power frequency power supply conditions.
This procedure is not applicable to Xilin type and current comparator type bridges.
