Scope

This document specifies the technical performance, parameters, and functional requirements of the grid-connected operation of hydroelectric turbine regulation systems (including pump-turbine regulation systems), as well as the test methods. This document is applicable to grid-connected hydroelectric units with a single-machine capacity of 10 MW or more. Other capacity hydroelectric units can also refer to and implement it accordingly.
