Scope

This document specifies the rated values, contacts and connections, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for plugs, sockets, and marine couplers (hereinafter referred to as "electrical accessories") used in the DC charging systems of electric vessels. This document applies to electrical accessories with a rated working voltage not exceeding 1.5 kV DC and a rated current not exceeding 250 A DC. Note 1: Typical application scenarios include: inland waterways, near-shore areas, and fixed-point navigation electric vessels, etc. Electrical accessories for other types of DC charging systems for ships can refer to this document for implementation. Note 2: The electrical accessories in this document can be used as interfaces for charging and discharging box-type power supplies. Note 3: This document provides technical requirements for marine couplers used in the DC charging systems of electric vessels. Technical requirements for plugs and sockets used in shore power systems are specified in GB/T 11918.6.
