Scope
This section specifies the general requirements for performance measurement methods of spatial radio frequency receivers for LTE wireless terminals with MIMO antennas, including throughput performance measurement methods and performance requirements under different channel scenarios. This section is applicable to portable and vehicle-mounted LTE wireless terminals, as well as wireless terminals powered by AC power and used in fixed locations, and data devices connected to portable computers via interfaces such as USB, Express, and PCMCIA.
