Scope

This standard specifies the content, methods, and requirements for on-site inspection of AC circuits in 220 kV substations in high-altitude areas. This standard applies to on-site inspections of new or modified/expanded conventional substation projects in areas with an altitude of 1,000 m to 5,000 m. New or modified/expanded conventional substation projects with an altitude of 1,000 m or less can also be used for reference. This standard does not apply to substation projects that use electronic transformers.
