Scope

This document applies to mobile Internet application providers in regulating the processing of personal information involving sensors, and also applies to competent regulatory authorities, third-party evaluation agencies, and other organizations in supervising, managing, and evaluating the parties' handling of personal information in sensor information. Before conducting the evaluation, it is necessary to confirm that the designated terminal can be physically used by users, and to identify and exclude virtual devices created through virtualization or forgery at the operating system level.
