Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, inspection (testing) methods, inspection classification rules, and all technical characteristics such as marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for ordinary protective workwear. This standard applies to ordinary protective clothing produced with woven textiles as the main fabric for industrial workers to use under normal conditions. This standard does not apply to clothing with special functions.
