DL/T 5868-2023 DL/T 5868-2023 Construction and Acceptance Specification for Intelligent Thermal Network in Thermal Power Plant

Scope

This document specifies the construction and acceptance requirements for new construction, expansion, and renovation of intelligent heat networks in thermal power plants, mainly including construction preparation, engineering surveying, civil engineering, pipeline installation, primary heat networks, heat stations, pressure isolation stations and relay pump stations, anti-corrosion and insulation, pressure testing, cleaning, trial operation, secondary heat networks and heat user equipment, data management, application layer, and intelligent heat network system acceptance. This document is applicable to the construction and acceptance of intelligent heat network projects in thermal power plants with a design pressure of less than or equal to 2.5MPa and a design temperature of hot water medium of less than or equal to 200℃, and steam medium with a design temperature of less than or equal to 350℃. The construction and acceptance of intelligent heat network projects in other heating systems can be implemented with reference to this document.
