Scope
This document specifies the composition, data content, software system, quality inspection and acceptance, and operating environment of the three-dimensional geographic information system for overhead transmission lines. This document is applicable to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of three-dimensional geographic information systems for AC 110kV (66kV) and DC ±400kV and above voltage-level overhead transmission lines. For 35kV overhead transmission lines and other overhead transmission lines, this document can be used for reference and implementation.
