Scope

This document specifies the methods of lightning protection for overhead insulated lines of the distribution network, protective measures, protective principles, and requirements for the operation and maintenance of protective devices. This document is applicable to the lightning protection of overhead insulated lines of the 10 kV distribution network. For overhead insulated lines of distribution networks of other voltage levels, the provisions of this document shall be implemented as a reference.
