本标准规定了金属材料电阻率测量的术语和定义、试验设备、试样、试验、试验结果及计算、试验记录和报告。
本标准适用于测量金属材料的体积电阻率、质量电阻率、电导率及直流电阻比率等电性能的测量。
本标准所提供的方法为测定标准条件下电阻率在0.01 Ω·mm2/m～2.0 Ω·mm2/m范围内的仲裁测量方法和常规测量方法。
