Scope
The special requirements of this part of GB(GB/T)16895 apply to fixed equipment in conductive areas in places where human activities are restricted, and to the power supply of portable equipment used in such places.
Conductive areas where activities are restricted are mainly composed of parts surrounded by metals or other conductive bodies. In such areas, people are likely to come into contact with the parts surrounded by metals or other conductive bodies with a large area of their bodies, and the possibility of preventing such contact is very small.
The special requirements of this part do not apply to places where humans can freely work and enter and exit without restrictions.
