Scope

This standard stipulates the management and technical requirements for the safety and quality standardization evaluation of metallic and non-metallic open-pit mines in Anhui Province. This standard applies to metallic and non-metallic open-pit mines within the administrative area of Anhui Province, but does not apply to the mining of radioactive mines, coal mines, coal-derived pyrites, coal-derived kaolin, and other minerals coexisting with coal, nor does it apply to the mining of liquid or gaseous minerals such as oil, natural gas, and mineral water.
