This part of GB 37489 stipulates the basic requirements for the construction, expansion, and renovation of bathing places, as well as the overall layout and functional zoning, the design requirements for hygiene of individual buildings, HVAC systems, water supply and drainage, and electrical systems.
This part is applicable to public baths, and other bathing places may refer to it for use.
This part is not applicable to bathing places for infants and young children.
