Scope
This standard is applicable to the determination of pollutant emission intensities in the environmental impact assessment of construction projects that implement GB 13223. This standard is applicable to the calculation of pollutant emission intensities under normal and abnormal operating conditions in the thermal power industry, but it is not applicable to the calculation of pollutant emission intensities in the event of sudden leaks, fires, explosions, and other accidents.
