Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the metal release characteristics of getters, such as the total mercury release amount of mercury-releasing getters, the standard mercury release amount, the mercury release characteristic curve, and the test methods for thermal stability; the test methods for the barium quantity of evaporation-type barium getters; and the test methods for the barium film distribution of nitrogen-doped getters.
