Scope
This standard specifies the definition, designation and specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of E-glass fiber fabrics for printed circuit boards.
This standard applies to plain-weave fabrics made from E-glass continuous fiber yarns through weaving and surface chemical treatment, which are mainly used as reinforcement materials in laminated composites for printed circuit boards.
