GB/T 27797.4-2013 Fibre-reinforced plastics—Methods of producing test plates—Part 4:Moulding of prepregs
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 27797 specifies the method for forming multilayer unidirectional fiber pre-impregnated materials or fabrics (pre-impregnated) into test plates using heating and pressure, as well as different equipment (such as hot presses, pneumatic presses, hydraulic presses, and vacuum bag pressing equipment). It is suitable for all reinforcing materials and resins.
This method is applicable to thermoset resin pre-impregnated materials and thermoplastic resin pre-impregnated materials. When preparing the test plates, the pre-impregnated materials are laid out in the required order and direction, compressed, and cured under heating and pressure/vacuum conditions. The prepared test plates should be machined into samples.
The standard plates made by this method can be used to analyze their components, including reinforcing materials, additives, and resins, and can also be used to evaluate the overall quality of the final products.
