本文件规定了验证以下工业车辆稳定性的试验方法：
——托盘堆垛车；
——双层堆垛车；
——操作者位置起升高度（平台地板离地高度)不大于1 200 mm的拣选车。
本文件适用于带有可倾斜或不可倾斜门架或货叉，额定起重量不大于5 000 kg的同类型工业车辆。
本文件也适用于在相同作业条件下装有载荷搬运属具的同类型工业车辆，以及装有附加载荷提升装置的操作者位置起升高度不大于1 200 mm的拣选车。
