Scope

This document specifies the general classification of complete machines and related crane mechanisms based on the operating conditions of mobile cranes. The operating conditions mainly include: — The total number of work cycles to be performed by the crane within the specified design life; — The load spectrum coefficient representing the relative frequency of lifting loads; — The average displacement of the load. This document is applicable to the work spectrum between medium and heavy work cycles specified in Table 2.
