GB/T 35616-2025 Categorization of social insurance business handling positions

Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for the classification of social insurance handling positions, the basis for the classification of social insurance handling positions, and the three categories of handling services, handling management, and risk control, as well as their sub-requirements.
This document is applicable to standardizing and guiding the classification and setting of positions for handling pension insurance, unemployment insurance, and work-related injury insurance (occupational injury protection) at all levels of social insurance handling institutions. Basic-level human resources and social security public service platforms and third-party institutions may refer to and implement it accordingly.
