Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies an in-band network system that can simultaneously perform wireless energy transmission and data transmission within the same frequency band, providing a technical solution for stable networking and remote and continuous energy supply. The network design is based on the principles given in the ISO/IEC 15149 magnetic field network, which enables wireless energy transmission management for multiple devices while prioritizing device control. This document focuses on the PHY layer and MAC layer protocols and does not address matters related to upper-layer protocols. The PHY layer and MAC layer jointly perform the following tasks: data transmission, signal control, and wireless energy transmission. This document is expected to perform well in the following application scenarios: -- Mobile phones: Provide a ubiquitous charging environment for portable devices; -- Household appliances: Freely arrange appliances without the need for wires and power plugs. The MAC layer protocol specified in this document is expected to perform well in the following scenarios: -- Variable superframe structures for wireless energy transmission among multiple devices; -- Simple and effective network topologies for efficient wireless energy transmission; -- Dynamic address allocation for efficient time-sharing among multiple devices. The PHY layer protocol specified in this document is expected to perform well in the following scenarios: -- A frequency band used simultaneously for wireless energy transmission and magnetic field communication; -- Convenient, robust modulation with low implementation cost and minimal error limits; -- Variable coding and bandwidth for dynamic charging environments.
