Scope

This standard applies to the evaluation and management of the energy consumption intensity and energy efficiency of passenger terminals and supporting cold and heat energy systems in civil airports that have already been put into use and whose designed or actual annual passenger throughput is not less than 500,000 people. Civil airports with a designed or actual annual passenger throughput of less than 500,000 people may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
