Scope

1. Scope This protocol specifies the oat varieties that should be selected in different ecological regions of Qinghai Province, as well as the corresponding cultivation techniques, field management, harvesting, and storage and processing measures. This protocol is applicable to the establishment of oat seed fields in areas below an altitude of 2,600 meters and oat forage fields in areas below an altitude of 4,500 meters in Qinghai Province.
