Scope
This calibration standard is applicable to frequency ranges of 1 MHz to 30 GHz. Its basic working principle is to calibrate various models of high-frequency and radio-frequency impedance/material analyzers that provide impedance based on the ratio of RF voltage and current. It is also suitable for calibrating LCR meters based on the same principle.
