Scope

This part of GB/T 30287 specifies the information security model, key distribution, device authentication, access control, data confidentiality, and data integrity protection mechanisms of the satellite positioning ship information service system (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), and defines the interface, requirements, and communication protocols of the marine terminal encryption machine.
This part is applicable to information processing systems that use satellite positioning technology, public mobile communication networks, or dedicated mobile communication networks, and have a ship information service center. It can be used as a design and testing basis for the system's information security functions. The information security functions of information processing systems that do not use satellite positioning technology but have a ship information service center can also be implemented with reference to this part.
