Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and contract (or order form) contents for lead-calcium alloy ingots used in battery grids (hereinafter referred to as lead-calcium alloy ingots).
This standard applies to lead-calcium alloy ingots used in maintenance-free batteries.
