Scope
This part of GB/T 15805 specifies the method of detecting SVCV using RT-PCR after cell isolation of the virus. This part is applicable to the isolation and identification of SVCV, the epidemiological investigation and diagnosis of SVC, and the quarantine of entry and exit at ports and inter-regional movement within China.
