This guidance technical document specifies the terms and definitions for measuring the DC magnetic susceptibility (magnetic moment) of nanomaterials, sample preparation and measurement, measurement instruments, measurement steps, and test reports, etc.
This guidance technical document is applicable to measuring the DC magnetic susceptibility (magnetic moment) of nanomaterials using superconducting quantum interference devices and vibrating sample magnetometers manufactured based on the law of electromagnetic induction.
