Scope

This standard specifies the definition, grade, order content, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of reinforcing steel for liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to the manufacture of low-temperature reinforcing steel (hereinafter referred to as "reinforcing steel") with a diameter not exceeding 50mm for LNG storage tanks.
