Scope
This standard specifies the basic architecture and configuration methods of the time synchronization system of smart substations (hereinafter referred to as "time synchronization system"), as well as the requirements for the function, operation, performance, testing, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of the time synchronization system and its equipment. This standard applies to smart substations with a voltage level of 110 kV (66 kV) and above. Other substations may refer to and implement it accordingly.
