Scope
This procedure is applicable to semi-submersible platforms, columnar platforms (SPAR), floating production, storage and offloading units (FPSO), tension-leg platforms (TLP) and other floating systems during the pool model tests under the combined effects of wind, waves and currents in both mooring and non-mooring states. This procedure is applicable to situations where the mooring system can be fully simulated. When the mooring system needs to be truncated due to limited conditions, this procedure is for reference only.
