This guidance technical document specifies the necessary operational concepts applicable to the interoperability network of reusable libraries. This guidance technical document is not a detailed design of the interoperability network of reusable libraries, nor is it a plan on how to implement the operational concepts described in this guidance technical document.
This guidance technical document aims to describe the context of standardization work on interoperability between reusable libraries. In developing this operational concept, attention has been paid to avoiding the assumption that all aspects of reusable library interoperability must be regulated by standards. It emphasizes a minimal level of standardization work, which is allowed to evolve as reuse methodologies and practices develop.
