Scope
This document specifies the dispatching operations, power adjustment, voltage adjustment, and fault handling of high-voltage DC systems. This document is applicable to DC back-to-back systems with a voltage level of ±120 kV and above, and DC transmission systems with a voltage level of ±400 kV and above. In addition to the content specified in this document, the power and voltage adjustment of high-voltage DC systems, as well as the operation of equipment within the dispatching jurisdiction of converter stations, shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the dispatching authority.
