Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification, brand names, order content, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of corrosion-resistant steel bars for reinforced concrete; technical requirements; test methods; inspection rules; packaging; marking; and quality certificates. This standard applies to hot-rolled or controlled-rolled and controlled-cooled corrosion-resistant ribbed steel bars (hereinafter referred to as steel bars) that meet the requirements of durability design. This standard does not apply to stainless steel steel bars.
